1. መግቢያ
እንኳን ወደ Dama Plus በደህና መጡ። ይህንን መተግበሪያ በመጠቀም፣ በመመዝገብ ወይም በመጫወት በዚህ ሰነድ ውስጥ የተጠቀሱትን ውሎች እና ደንቦች ሙሉ በሙሉ የተቀበሉ እና የሚስማሙ መሆንዎን ያረጋግጣሉ። በእነዚህ ውሎች የማይስማሙ ከሆነ፣ እባክዎ መተግበሪያውን አይጠቀሙ።
2. ብቁነት (Eligibility)
- ተጫዋቾች ቢያንስ እድሜያቸው 18 ዓመት እና ከዚያ በላይ መሆን አለበት።
- እያንዳንዱ ተጫዋች በስሙ እና በራሱ ህጋዊ የክፍያ አካውንት የተመዘገበ አንድ (1) የDama Plus አካውንት ብቻ ነው መክፈት የሚችለው።
3. የጨዋታ ህጎች እና ፍትሃዊነት (Fair Play & Skill-Based Gaming)
- በDama Plus ውስጥ ያሉ ጨዋታዎች (ዳማ፣ ቼዝ፣ XO) ሙሉ በሙሉ በተጫዋቹ ብቃት፣ ስትራቴጂ እና እውቀት ላይ የተመሰረቱ እንጂ በእድል ወይም በቁማር የሚወሰኑ አይደሉም።
- ማጭበርበር፣ ማናቸውንም የሶስተኛ ወገን አፕሊኬሽኖች ወይም የሲስተም ክፍተቶችን (Bugs) መጠቀም በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነው።
- ኩባንያው በሲስተሙ አማካኝነት ማጭበርበሩን ያረጋገጠበትን ተጫዋች አካውንት ያለምንም ቅድመ ማስጠንቀቂያ የማገድ፣ የነበረውን የቦነስ ወይም የድል ቀሪ ሂሳብ የመሰረዝ እና እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ በህግ የመጠየቅ መብት አለው።
4. ክፍያዎች፣ የኮሚሽን ተመን እና የክፍያ አማራጮች
- ሁሉም የተቀማጭ (Deposit) እና የማውጣት (Withdrawal) ክፍያዎች በTelebirr፣ CBE Birr እና M-PESA የክፍያ አማራጮች በኩል ይከናወናሉ።
- በDama Plus መድረክ ላይ በሚደረግ እያንዳንዱ የገንዘብ ጨዋታ፣ Eastport General Trading PLC ከጠቅላላው የማሸነፊያ ገንዘብ 5% የስርዓት አገልግሎት ክፍያ ይወስዳል። ቀሪው 95% ለአሸናፊው ተጫዋች አካውንት ወዲያውኑ ገቢ ይደረጋል።
- ተጫዋቾች የሚያስገቡት እና የሚያሸንፉት ገንዘብ ህጋዊ መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለባቸው።
- ያልተለመደ የድል ፍጥነት የሚያሳይ አካውንት ክፍያው ከመለቀቁ በፊት እስከ 24 ሰዓት ለሚደርስ የደህንነት ፍተሻ ሊቆይ ይችላል።
5. የሪፈራል ፕሮግራም ህጎች
- የሪፈራል ቦነስ የሚከፈለው የተጋበዘው አዲስ ተጫዋች ተመዝግቦ የመጀመሪያውን እውነተኛ ጨዋታ ሲያጠናቅቅ ብቻ ነው።
- በራሱ ስልክ ላይ አዳዲስ አካውንቶችን በመክፈት፣ የውሸት ስልክ ቁጥሮችን በመጠቀም ወይም በቦት ቦነስ ለመውሰድ መሞከር የአካውንት መዘጋትን ያስከተላል።
6. የሃላፊነት ወሰን
Eastport General Trading PLC በኢንተርኔት መቆራረጥ፣ በቴሌኮም/ባንክ ሲስተም መዘግየት ወይም በተጫዋቹ ስልክ ችግር ምክንያት የጨዋታ መቋረጥ የገንዘብ ተጠያቂነት አይወስድም።

2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate in cash-staked matches.
- Users are allowed to maintain only one (1) account per verified mobile number and legal payment account.
3. Skill-Based Gaming & Anti-Cheating Policy
- All games on Dama Plus, including Dama, Chess, and XO, are pure skill-based competitions. Outcomes are determined strictly by player strategy and decision-making, not by chance.
- Prohibition of AI & Unfair Advantage: Using third-party calculation software, emulators, or exploit bugs is strictly prohibited.
- Eastport General Trading PLC reserves the right to suspend any account and forfeit associated balances if automated anti-cheat systems detect prohibited software or unfair collusion. The company may initiate formal legal proceedings against offenders where necessary.
4. Financial Transactions, Platform Commission & Payment Options
- Deposits and withdrawals are integrated and processed via Telebirr, CBE Birr, and M-PESA payment gateways.
- Platform Service Commission: For every cash-staked match played on Dama Plus, Eastport General Trading PLC deducts a 5% platform service fee from the total winning stake pot. The remaining 95% is immediately credited to the winning player's wallet.
- Users are responsible for providing correct account details.
- High-velocity winning transactions or flagged accounts may be subject to a routine anti-fraud review holding period of up to 24 hours before withdrawal disbursement.
5. Referral Program Mechanics
- Referral rewards are unlocked only after the referred user completes a valid, registered match on the platform.
- Fraudulent referral activities, such as emulator farming, self-referrals, or fake numbers, will result in immediate permanent disqualification and wallet forfeiture.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eastport General Trading PLC is not liable for match disruptions, losses, or latency issues caused by user-side network instability, device malfunctions, or third-party payment gateway outages.
